DESCRIPCIÓN
D34715 is a Dri-Shield 3400 series foil moisture barrier bag designed to provide protection for ESD sensitive and moisture sensitive electronics, typically SMT (Surface Mount Technology) items. The bag is manufactured from a laminate of polyester, foil, and polyethylene, with the metal layer providing discharge shielding and minimizing penetration of electric fields and electrostatic discharges. Key specifications include a moisture vapor transmission rate of =0.0003 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs, tensile strength of 6000 PSI (41 MPa), puncture resistance of 20 lbs (88 N), and ESD shielding of <10 nJ. The bags are heat sealable at 400°F (204°C) and suitable for vacuum packaging, with printed ESD protective and moisture sensitive warning symbols for traceability. This product meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 1, and IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic components during storage and shipping.
