DESCRIPCIÓN
The 7001824 is an SCS Dri-Shield® 2000 moisture barrier bag engineered to protect ESD and moisture-sensitive items both inside and outside ESD protected areas. Manufactured from a laminate of aluminized polyester and polyethylene, the bag provides puncture resistance through polyester layers and ESD shielding through metal layers while minimizing electric field penetration. The bag is heat-sealable, suitable for vacuum packaging, and printed with ESD and moisture warning symbols plus lot codes for traceability. Key performance characteristics include a moisture vapor transmission rate of =0.035 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs, tensile strength of 7800 PSI (54 MPa), and puncture resistance of 20 lbs (89 N). The bag meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, and ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 3 standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic components during storage and shipment in demanding industrial and commercial applications.
