DESCRIPCIÓN
The 300812 is a Static Shielding Bag 1000 Series manufactured by SCS, designed to provide a static-safe environment for ESD-sensitive electronic devices. It features a polyester, metal, and polyethylene laminate construction where the polyester dielectric and metal layer work together to provide discharge shielding, while the static-dissipative exterior allows electrostatic charges to be removed when grounded. The bag is transparent, heat-sealable, and printed with an ESD protective symbol and lot code for traceability. Key performance characteristics include a tensile strength of 4600 PSI (32 MPa), puncture resistance of 12 lbs (53 N), thickness of 2.8 mils (0.071 mm), and ESD shielding of less than 10 nJ. The bag meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, and ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 3 standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive components during storage, handling, and transport in commercial electronics manufacturing and assembly operations.
