DESCRIPCIÓN
1001214 is a 12" × 14" open-top static shielding bag designed to provide a static-safe environment for sensitive electronic devices. The bag features four-layer construction with polyester dielectric and metal layers that provide Faraday effect shielding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic fields, while specially processed polyethylene minimizes tribocharging. Key electrical properties include interior surface resistivity less than 10¹² ohms/square, metal layer resistance of 100 ohms, static decay time less than 2 seconds, and charge generation of 0.09 nC/sq.in. on PTFE and 0.01 nC/sq.in. on quartz. The bag meets or exceeds ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 program compliance standards, making it suitable for protecting components during storage, handling, and transport in electronics manufacturing and assembly environments.
