DESCRIPCIÓN
The 1001018 is a 3M Static Shielding Bag SCC 1000 with dimensions of 10 inches by 18 inches, designed to provide a static-safe environment for sensitive electronic devices. It features a four-layer construction with polyester dielectric and metal layer that provide Faraday effect shielding of ESD and electromagnetic fields, while specially processed polyethylene minimizes tribocharging. The bag has an interior surface resistivity of less than 10^12 ohms/square, a metal layer resistance of 100 ohms, static decay of less than 2 seconds, and a thickness of 3 mils with a tensile strength of 4700 PSI. This bag is tested to meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 program compliance standards, making it ideal for protecting components during storage, handling, and transport in electronics manufacturing and assembly environments.
