DESCRIPCIÓN

The R-78HB15-0.5 is a high-efficiency, high input voltage switching regulator designed as a pin-compatible replacement for 78xx linear regulators. It accepts a wide input voltage range from 20V to 72V DC and provides a stable 15V output with a current of 0.5A. With an efficiency of up to 95%, it operates without the need for a heatsink, and features low ripple and noise, typically 20mVp-p. The converter is fully protected with continuous short circuit protection and thermal shutdown. Its compact SIP3 package and high performance make it ideal for industrial, automotive, and battery-powered applications where efficiency and space are critical.
