DESCRIPCIÓN

The 10THB330M is a THB series surface-mount conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor. It features a rated capacitance of 330 µF with a ±20% tolerance, a rated voltage of 10 V.DC, and a category voltage of 6.3 V.DC at 125 °C. This component is characterized by its low ESR of 35 mΩ maximum and a high ripple current rating of 3000 mAr.m.s. Guaranteed for 1000 hours at 125°C, it operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring high reliability and stability.
