ARE13A4HZ is a surface-mount high-frequency relay designed for RF and microwave switching applications with excellent performance up to 2.6 GHz. It features a 75O impedance configuration, 4.5V DC coil voltage, and a single Form C contact arrangement with gold-plated contacts. The relay delivers 10 W carrying power at 2.6 GHz with controlled VSWR characteristics (maximum 1.5 at 2.6 GHz for 75O impedance), insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum at 2.6 GHz, and isolation of 30 dB minimum at 2.6 GHz. Mechanical specifications include compact dimensions of 20.2 mm length × 11.2 mm width × 9.6 mm height, with a maximum contact resistance of 100 mO and maximum switching voltage of 30V DC.
