DESCRIPCIÓN
APT1212 is a DIP6 phototriac coupler designed for AC triac ignition and control in industrial machinery and consumer electronics. It features a zero-cross detection circuit with a maximum zero-cross voltage of 50 V, enabling precise switching at AC line zero-crossing points. The device supports an ON-state RMS current of 0.1 A at a repetitive peak OFF-state voltage of 600 V, with a 6-pin DIP package configuration for through-hole or surface-mount terminal options. The coupler provides 5,000 Vrms input/output isolation and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. It is commonly used as a triac driver for solid-state relays (SSRs) and heater control circuits in office equipment, home appliances, and industrial machines.
