DESCRIPCIÓN

The AM-5902CAR is an amorphous silicon solar cell (Amorton) designed for outdoor use with a glass substrate configuration. It features an open-circuit voltage of 5.0V and a short-circuit current of 60.7mA under standard test conditions (AM-1.5, 100mW/cm², 25°C), delivering a maximum power output of 317mW. The device operates reliably across a wide temperature range with a temperature coefficient of -0.3%/°C for open-circuit voltage and 0.08%/°C for short-circuit current. With external dimensions of 150.0mm × 37.5mm × 1.8mm and a weight of 25.0g, the AM-5902CAR is suitable for battery recharging systems, outdoor lighting applications, and other compact equipment requiring reliable solar power generation in natural light conditions ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 lux.
