AM-5706CAR is an amorphous silicon solar cell module manufactured by Panasonic EW/AROMAT, designed for both indoor and outdoor lighting applications. The module features an integrated series-connection structure with amorphous silicon layers deposited on a glass substrate, enabling efficient light absorption through irregular atomic arrangements that promote photon-silicon interaction. Under standard test conditions (AM-1.5, 100 mW/cm², 25°C), the module delivers an open-circuit voltage of 0.82 V per cell, short-circuit current of 12.0 mA/cm², and maximum power output of 5.6 mW/cm². The module exhibits temperature coefficients of -0.3%/°C for open-circuit voltage and 0.08%/°C for short-circuit current, ensuring stable performance across varying environmental conditions.
