AEV110122 is a compact and lightweight EV relay designed for high DC voltage switching applications in electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel-cell vehicles, and battery charge/discharge systems. It features a 10A contact rating with 1 Form A contact arrangement, a 12V DC nominal coil voltage, and a hydrogen gas-sealed capsule contact mechanism that provides high arc cooling capacity and prevents contact oxidation. The relay offers a nominal switching capacity of 10A at 400V DC, with a pick-up voltage of max. 9V DC and drop-out voltage of min. 1V DC. With a nominal operating current of 0.103A and operating power of 1.24W, this relay provides high contact reliability and dustproof construction, making it ideal for demanding automotive and industrial high-voltage DC applications.
