DESCRIPCIÓN

The NCP360SNT1G is a USB positive overvoltage protection controller designed to safeguard downstream systems by disconnecting the output when wrong VBUS operating conditions are detected. It features an integrated PMOS FET, which reduces system cost and PCB area. This device provides positive overvoltage protection up to +20 V, with a typical overvoltage lockout (OVLO) threshold of 5.675 V and an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) threshold of 3.0 V. An alert FLAG output is included to notify the system of a fault. Housed in a TSOP-5 package, the NCP360SNT1G is ideal for applications like USB devices, mobile phones, and personal digital applications.
