The MB6S is a 0.5 A bridge rectifier designed for full-wave rectification in space-constrained applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600 V and an average rectified forward current of 0.5 A. This device is capable of handling a high non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 35 A and has a forward voltage of 1.0 V at 0.5 A. With an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and a small footprint, the MB6S is ideal for printed circuit board applications, particularly in small power supplies that require enhanced surge capability.
