DESCRIPCIÓN
The J111-D26Z is an N-channel JFET switch intended for use in low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits, and chopper-stabilized amplifiers. It features a gate-source breakdown voltage of at least -35 V, a zero-gate voltage drain current of 20 mA minimum, and a low drain-source on-resistance of 30 Ω maximum. The device also exhibits a low gate-source cut-off voltage ranging from -3.0 V to -10.0 V and a maximum gate reverse current of -1.0 nA. Its interchangeable source and drain terminals and wide operating temperature range make it a versatile and reliable component for various circuit designs.
