DESCRIPCIÓN
The FDC6330L is an integrated load switch that combines a small N-Channel power MOSFET and a large P-Channel power MOSFET into a single SuperSOT-6 package. It operates with an input voltage range of 3V to 20V and supports a continuous load current of 2.3A, with a pulsed current capability of up to 10A. The device features a low on-resistance, resulting in a voltage drop of just 0.2V at a 2.5A load current with a 12V input. It includes Zener protection for ESD ruggedness up to 6kV and is designed to operate over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. This load switch is ideal for power management and load actuation applications in portable electronic equipment.
