DESCRIPCIÓN
The FAN3111ESX is a single 1A high-speed, low-side gate driver designed for driving N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in switching applications. It operates over a wide supply range of 4.5V to 18V and features a single, non-inverting input compatible with low-voltage controllers via an external reference voltage (VXREF) from 2V to 5V. The driver provides a peak sink/source current of 1.4A at 12V VDD, with typical propagation delays of 15 ns and fast switching times of 9 ns rise and 8 ns fall into a 470 pF load. Housed in a compact 5-pin SOT23 package, the FAN3111ESX is well-suited for applications such as switch-mode power supplies, synchronous rectifier circuits, motor control, and as a logic-to-power buffer.
