The SG2023J is a high-voltage, medium-current driver array featuring seven NPN Darlington pairs with open-collector outputs. It is designed to operate with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 95V and can handle peak collector currents up to 500mA. This device is specifically optimized for 5V TTL and CMOS logic inputs, with a maximum turn-on input voltage of 3.9V required for a 300mA collector current. Internal clamping diodes are included to protect against transients from inductive loads. The SG2023J is intended for driving lamps, relays, and solenoids in demanding industrial, aerospace, and military applications that require operation across a -55°C to 125°C temperature range.
