DESCRIPCIÓN

The MIC37301-2.5WR is a 3.0A low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed to provide a stable, fixed 2.5V output. It operates from a wide input voltage range of 2.25V to 6.0V and features an ultra-low maximum dropout voltage of 500mV over temperature, making it highly efficient. This device includes an enable pin for logic control, an error flag to signal fault conditions, and integrated thermal and current-limit protection. Housed in an S-Pak-5 package, it is well-suited for applications like SMPS post-regulation, PC add-in cards, and powering low-voltage digital ICs.
