DESCRIPCIÓN
The MIC2544-2YM is an integrated, high-side power switch optimized for low-loss DC power switching. It operates over a 2.7V to 5.5V input range and features a user-adjustable current limit up to 1.5A, set by an external resistor. This active-low enable switch incorporates key protection features including thermal shutdown, reverse current flow blocking, and an open-drain fault flag to signal overcurrent or thermal events. With a maximum on-resistance of 120 mΩ and a soft-start circuit to minimize inrush current, the MIC2544-2YM is ideal for applications like USB power distribution, ACPI power management, and PC card hot-swap.
