DESCRIPCIÓN

The MICROCHIP TECH. MCP7940NT-I/MS is a highly reliable battery-backed I2C real-time clock/calendar with 64-byte SRAM. It operates at a voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5VDC and supports both 12/24-hour time formats.
