DESCRIPCIÓN

The N78025-2CH is a high-efficiency, non-isolated DC-DC switching regulator designed to provide a regulated -2.5V output. It operates from a wide input range of 8V to 32V and can deliver an output current up to 1000mA with an efficiency of 86%. This regulator is pin-out compatible with traditional LM79xx linear regulators but offers significantly higher efficiency, eliminating the need for a heatsink. Key features include a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and built-in protections for short circuit, overload, and over-temperature conditions, making it ideal for industrial controls, data communications, and point-of-load applications.
