DESCRIPCIÓN
CRD16CM0AB is a 16-position hexadecimal coded rotary switch from the CRD Series, designed for address switching and data selection in computer peripherals and instrumentation. The switch features a 10mm DIP package with a flush screwdriver-slot M0 actuator and PC thru-hole termination, providing reliable contact switching with beryllium copper contacts plated with gold over nickel. It delivers a contact rating of 0.4 V AC/DC at 20 V maximum, with an electrical life of 20,000 steps minimum at 5 V DC 10 mA and a mechanical life of 30,000 steps minimum, ensuring durability in demanding applications. The switch operates over a temperature range of -20°C to 85°C, maintains contact resistance of 100 milliohms maximum, and is process-sealed to withstand soldering and cleaning. Its crisp positive detent action and RoHS compliance make it ideal for address switching applications, data storage devices, and computer peripherals requiring precise, repeatable position selection.
