DESCRIPCIÓN
The GFTR1 is a 15A-125VAC, 60Hz tamper-resistant GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) receptacle designed to protect against ground faults and electrical shock hazards in residential installations. This self-test GFCI receptacle features periodic internal testing to confirm the GFCI electronics are functional, with a green status indicator light showing normal operation and red indicating a potential problem. The receptacle includes TEST and RESET buttons, supports both LINE and LOAD terminal connections for feed-through protection to downstream receptacles, and incorporates a self-ground clip and mounting bracket for standard electrical box installation. It is rated for 20A feed-through capacity and includes a lockout feature that prevents RESET if power is absent, LINE/LOAD connections are reversed, or internal testing fails.
