MDM-31SCBRPTL57 is a 31-contact Micro-D metal shell PCB connector featuring socket (receptacle) contacts designed for high-density, high-reliability board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications. This connector utilizes a right angle narrow profile (CBR) PCB termination with a termination tail length of 0.190 inches (4.83 mm) and includes threaded insert mounting hardware (#2-56 thread). The insulator material is Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), and the connector features 0.050-inch contact spacing with dimensions including A Max of 1.335 inches (33.91 mm) and B of 1.115 inches (28.32 mm). It is designed to withstand thermal shock from -55°C to +125°C, vibration up to 20 G's, and physical shock up to 50 G's, making it suitable for demanding aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring compact, reliable interconnect solutions.
