The Honeywell V7-1B17D8 Snap Action Switch is a miniature-type basic micro switch with a current rating of from 0.1 A to 25 A. The V5 and V7 series switches are typically used for simple precision on/off, end of limit, presence/absence, pressure, temperature and manual operator applications. It features PCT Polyester Thermoplastic housing material, simulated roller lever, silver contacts and quick-connect termination. Specifically designed for 100K operations at a full load, this Honeywell Snap Action Switch is ideal for higher cost-of-failure applications.
Snap Action Switches, also known as micro switches, are electromechanical switch devices that are used to open or close an electrical circuit at a rapid speed.
