DESCRIPCIÓN

SEP8706-002 LED from Honeywell comes with a 50° beam angle and 880 nm output wavelength. With an operating temperature of -40 °C to 85 °C, this LED can deliver higher output power than GaAs at equivalent drive currents.

Light emitting diodes (LEDs) are light sources which are semiconductor in nature. They are widely used as indicators in electronic circuits and the light emitted or reflected may vary from visible to infrared and ultraviolet regions. The SEP8706 series LED’s generally deliver 70% greater power output than aluminum gallium arsenide devices at the same forward current. Honeywell beam LED SEP8706-002 comes in a side-emitting smoke gray plastic package.
