The 27-YEL is a Fluke digital multimeter designed for field troubleshooting and maintenance applications. It features a 3200-count digital display with a 31-segment analog bar graph that updates 25 times per second, enabling rapid detection of signal fluctuations and contact bounce as brief as 0.2 milliseconds. The meter provides multiple measurement functions including DC/AC voltage (up to 1000 V), resistance (up to 32 MO), current measurement, diode testing (0 to 2.08 V range), and conductance (nanosiemens) mode, with autoranging capability that automatically selects the appropriate measurement range. It operates on a single 9V battery and includes dual fuses (F1: 44/100A, 1000V and F2: 11A, 1000V) for circuit protection.
