DESCRIPCIÓN
ST0645 is an RF load (dummy load) termination designed to absorb incident RF energy with minimal reflection in RF, microwave, and millimeter wave systems. Operating from DC to 6 GHz with a maximum power handling of 1 Watt CW (or 1 kW peak for 5 µsec duration), the ST0645 features a 50 Ohm impedance and a maximum VSWR of 1.15:1, ensuring excellent impedance matching. The termination uses a gold-plated brass construction with an SMA male coaxial interface and a 5/16 inch hex size, with a mating torque specification of 5 in-lbs (0.57 Nm). This component is ideal for terminating unused ports on couplers, circulators, and switches, as well as for measurement systems requiring accurate signal integrity. The ST0645 operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C, making it suitable for wireless, SatCom, radar, and test and measurement applications.
