DESCRIPCIÓN
The PL60S is a single-phase full-wave bridge rectifier designed for 1.0 ampere operation with a peak reverse voltage (PRV) rating of 600V per leg. This component is available in a surface mount type package (PLS series) for modern PCB assembly, offering a compact form factor suitable for space-constrained applications. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.2V at 1.0A forward current, a maximum DC reverse current of 5.0 µA at rated PRV and 25°C, and a peak surge current capability of 50A (8.3ms pulse).
