DESCRIPCIÓN
The 197652GC is a 1 Pole BCD thumbwheel switch with diode provision, offering 10 switching positions for binary-coded decimal output encoding. This switch is part of the 1976 Series, which features a compact 0.350" width to save valuable front panel space compared to the standard 1776 Series. The switch delivers proven reliability with a minimum life of 1,000,000 detents at 10 mA and 5 VDC, operating tangential force of 5-16 Oz., and contact resistance of 100 mO initially and 200 mO after life. It operates across a temperature range of -20°C to +75°C with maximum electrical current of 3A per common terminal and maximum rated switching load of 125 mA at 28 VDC or 115 VAC. The diode provision allows for easy integration of diodes for circuit protection, making it ideal for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and data entry systems requiring compact, reliable decimal encoding.
