The 177616M is a 1776 Series thumbwheel switch featuring a Wolf-Pogendorf voltage divider output code with 10 switching positions. This switch is designed for applications requiring precise analog voltage division and control, offering reliable detent operation with a minimum life rating of 1,000,000 cycles at 10 mA and 5 VDC. The switch operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +75°C and features a tangential operating force of 6-18 Oz. for the 1776 Series. With a maximum electrical current rating of 3A per common terminal and maximum switching load of 125 mA at 28 VDC or 115 VAC, the 177616M provides robust performance for instrumentation, test equipment, and control panel applications where analog voltage selection is required.
