It features three integrated LED dies (red, green, and blue) with independent control, offering luminous intensity ranges of 35–100 mcd (red), 260–900 mcd (green), and 60–200 mcd (blue) at 20 mA forward current. The device operates with forward voltages of 1.8–2.4 V (red) and 3.0–3.4 V (green/blue), a maximum reverse current of 10 µA at 5 V, and a viewing angle of 135°. With a peak wavelength of 630 nm (red), 520 nm (green), and 470 nm (blue), this LED is suitable for indicator lights, status displays, and RGB lighting applications.
