DESCRIPCIÓN
09028 is an elastic adjustable wristband designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and personnel grounding in controlled environments. The band features a knit elastic construction with light blue fibers incorporating 14 strands of silver-plated conductive polypropylene yarn (13.5% by weight), which are randomly knit on the inner surface and electrically isolated from the outer insulating surface. The wristband includes a patented floating cam lock mechanism with a 4mm stainless steel snap stud that disengages with 1–5 lbs of perpendicular force, meeting ESD-S1 breakaway requirements, and maintains electrical continuity even when the adjustment cam is open. The band is constructed from 50 strands of textured polyester and 36 strands of lycra spandex with pure silver irreversibly bound to fibers for antimicrobial and anti-odor properties, and meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards with UL listing 90P1. This wristband is ideal for electronics manufacturing, assembly, and repair environments where static control and personnel safety are critical.
