DESCRIPCIÓN
The 07452 is a static-safe shop traveler designed for use in ESD-controlled areas where ESD-sensitive devices require protection. It features a dual-pocket design with one 12" x 10" pocket and one 8.25" x 10" pocket, constructed from a stable, amine-free, coextruded polyolefin clear film 3 mil thick with an extruded dissipative agent that provides slow blooming and an effective shelf life exceeding two years. The product meets or exceeds MIL-B-81705C Type II requirements and can be cleaned for use in Class 100 clean rooms, offering humidity-independent performance with no measurable outgassing and negligible corrosion promotion. Key electrical properties include a static decay time of less than 1.0 second, surface resistivity of 10¹¹ ohms per square, and negligible triboelectric charge generation, making it ideal for protecting sensitive components during handling, storage, and transport in manufacturing and assembly environments.
