DESCRIPCIÓN
The 07451 is a static-safe shop traveler designed for use in ESD-controlled areas where ESD-sensitive devices are present. It is constructed from a stable, amine-free, coextruded polyolefin clear film 3 mil thick with an extruded dissipative agent that provides slow blooming and an effective shelf life exceeding two years. The product features a single 12" x 10" pocket opening and is designed to hold 8.5" x 11" sheets while meeting or exceeding MIL-B-81705C Type II requirements. Key electrical properties include a static decay time of less than 1.0 second, surface resistivity of 10¹¹ ohms per square, and negligible triboelectric charge generation. The material is humidity independent, N-octanoic acid free, does not promote corrosion, and has no measurable outgassing, making it suitable for cleaning and use in Class 100 clean rooms. This shop traveler is ideal for protecting sensitive components during transport and storage in manufacturing and assembly environments.
