SAR90505 is a high-voltage reed relay designed for demanding ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) applications where PCB space is limited. It features 5kV isolation across contacts with Rhodium contact material, delivering reliable performance in high-voltage DC and low-frequency switching scenarios. The relay supports a maximum switching power of 10W with a maximum switching voltage of 20V DC/AC peak and a maximum switching current of 0.5A, while maintaining low contact resistance of 80 mOhms maximum (30 mOhms typical). Operating from a 5V coil with a must-operate voltage of 3.7V DC and must-release voltage of 0.5V DC, the relay achieves fast switching times of 1.0ms operate and 0.5ms release with diode fitted. With a compact 30mm package size and 106 operations lifetime in both dry switching and 10W switching conditions, SAR90505 is ideal for precision test equipment, high-voltage measurement systems, and industrial switching applications requiring superior reliability and performance.
