DESCRIPCIÓN
The FS22A is a 22mm flow detection switch designed for use in liquid flow systems at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 85°C. It features a moving magnet and fixed reed switch mechanism with low flow restriction, constructed from acetal resin in black color. The switch operates with a must-operate flow rate of 3.75 liters/min (0.99 US gal/min) and a must-release flow rate of 1.40 liters/min (0.37 US gal/min), with a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C. Electrically, it provides normally open (N/O) contact form with a maximum switching power of 25 VA, maximum AC switching voltage of 240 V, maximum DC switching voltage of 120 V, and maximum switching current of 0.6 A (resistive load only). The switch includes a 25 cm PVC-insulated cable and is WRAS approved for cold and hot water applications up to 60°C, making it ideal for heating systems, water distribution, and industrial liquid flow monitoring applications.
