DESCRIPCIÓN
The 81549010 is a standard 3/2 miniature solenoid valve designed for controlling fluids and inert gases in pneumatic systems. It features a 0.8 mm orifice diameter with a KV of 0.3, an adjustment range of 1–8 bar, and operates at 24V with 1 W power consumption. The valve is mounted as a bank end valve (1 pair) with manual override by impulse, 3 blade terminals (2.8 × 0.5 W7D5), and tapped hole M5 fluid connections. Key performance characteristics include a response time of 5–15 ms, operating temperature range of -5°C to +50°C, viscosity range up to 30 cst, vibration resistance up to 5 g, air flow rate of 15–40 Nl/min at 2 bars, and a maximum switching rate of 30 Hz. The valve body is constructed from glass-reinforced polyamide 6.6 with a mechanical life of 1.5 × 107 operations and UL/cUL approval (MH 15085).
