DESCRIPCIÓN
E1015-55 is a crimp vulcanized female single pole Cam-Lok connector plug designed for reliable power connectivity in industrial applications. This white-colored connector accommodates cable sizes from #8 to #4 AWG and features watertight neoprene insulators molded from colorfast material for easy phase identification. The contacts are carefully machined from high conductivity brass to provide a smooth sliding fit and easy locking action, with 1/3 of a turn assuring high pressure contact approaching 600 lbs per sq. in. for minimum resistance. The recessed contacts are protected by an insulating jacket that extends beyond contact ends for safety, and the connector is rated NEMA 4 with an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Common applications include motors, generators, indoor and outdoor lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power systems.
