DESCRIPCIÓN

BLH106K801A082 is a Type BLH DC link capacitor designed for harsh automotive environments, featuring 10 µF capacitance at 800 VDC rated voltage. The device exhibits low equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 7.5 mO at 10 kHz and supports high ripple current of 11.5 A at 70 °C, with typical equivalent series inductance (ESL) of 30 nH and dV/dt capability of 35 V/µs. It is qualified to AEC-Q200 automotive standards and has been tested for 1500 hours at 85 °C / 85% relative humidity with rated voltage applied, demonstrating superior reliability in demanding thermal and humidity conditions. The capacitor employs self-healing technology with low loss characteristics, making it ideal for DC link filtering, energy storage, and power conversion applications in automotive power electronics, industrial drives, and renewable energy systems.
