The REC2R48D30GKE is a 3-phase electronic motor reversing relay designed to control AC motors up to 3.0 kW with instantaneous switching capability. It features 2-pole switching with L1-T1 and L3-T3 poles switched while L2-T2 provides direct phase connection, operating at a rated voltage of 48–530 VAC with 24 VDC control input (-15%, +20%). The device incorporates a dual-color LED indicator (green for forward, red for reverse direction) and integrated electronic interlock to prevent short circuits between phases when simultaneous control signals are applied. With a rated operational current of 7.6 A at 40°C (AC-53a @ 400 Vrms), maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.6 Vrms, and opto-isolation at 4 kVrms, this relay provides reliable motor control in industrial applications. The unit is housed in nylon PA66 (UL94-V0 flame class), operates from -25°C to +60°C, and meets IEC/EN 60947-4-2 and UL508 standards, making it suitable for DIN-rail and panel mounting in motor control systems.
