The PD30CNP06NPDU is a miniature retro-reflective photoelectric sensor designed for high-accuracy object detection in compact spaces. It features a 6 m sensing range with reflector, modulated red light at 660 nm with polarization, and operates on 10 to 30 VDC supply voltage with a maximum output current of 100 mA in NPN configuration. The sensor includes programmable make/break switching functions, Teach-In sensitivity adjustment, and a dust alarm output with separate 20 mA capacity, housed in a reinforced 10 × 30 × 20 mm PMMA/ABS enclosure with IP67 protection. Key performance characteristics include a 100 mm blind zone, =10% hysteresis, =0.5 ms response time, and temperature drift of =0.1%/°C, making it ideal for packaging, material handling, and automation applications requiring reliable detection with minimal footprint.
