The V1D1B60B-AEC00-000 is a sealed Contura rocker switch designed for harsh marine, transportation, and industrial environments requiring IP66/68 protection. It features a contact rating of 15 amps at 125 VAC, 10 amps at 250 VAC, and 20 amps at 4–14 VDC, with a dielectric strength of 1500 Vrms and insulation resistance of 50 megohms. The switch operates across a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and has been validated to withstand vibration per MIL-STD 202F Method 204D (0.06 DA or 10 g's, 10–500 Hz), shock per MIL-STD 202F Method 213B (30 g's), salt spray, dust, and thermal shock testing. With silver alloy contacts, a life expectancy of up to 100,000 cycles, and optional internal or external gasket sealing, this switch is ideal for on/off-highway vehicles, marine vessels, armored vehicles, and mining machinery where reliable sealed switching and corrosion resistance are critical.
