MA267-4.80ETM2.5LK is a Series 267 Card-Lok five-piece connector assembly designed for secure and reliable PCB mounting applications. This assembly features a 121.9 mm (4.80 in) length with M2.5 metric hex drive screw head, black anodize finish per Mil-A-8625 Type II Class 2, and M2.5 x 0.45 tapped mounting holes. The assembly incorporates aluminum alloy bodies and wedges (6061-T6), a 7075-T6 aluminum shaft, and stainless steel fasteners with passivated finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The captive screw feature (K option) prevents unintentional disassembly, while the recommended gap width of PCB plus 5.59 mm (0.220 in) and assembly torque of 68 N-cm (6 in-lbs) ensure proper installation and vibration resistance. This connector is ideal for applications requiring secure card retention in electronic enclosures, telecommunications equipment, and industrial control systems.
