DESCRIPCIÓN

TBU-DT085-500-WH is a dual unidirectional high-speed TBU® (Transient Blocking Unit) surge protector designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 850 V, continuous AC RMS voltage rating of 425 V, and a trigger current range of 500 mA (min.) to 1000 mA (max.). The device offers a typical series resistance of 5.8 to 6.9 O and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Housed in a surface mount DFN package, this RoHS-compliant component is ideal for Ethernet ports, protection modules, process control equipment, test and measurement equipment, and general electronics applications requiring reliable high-speed surge protection.
