DESCRIPCIÓN

TBU-DT085-100-WH is a dual unidirectional high-speed TBU (Transient Blocking Unit) surge protector designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 850V, continuous AC RMS voltage rating of 425V, and a trigger current range of 100mA minimum to 200mA maximum. The device has a series resistance of 10.3O to 12.1O and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Housed in a compact 5.00mm x 5.00mm surface mount DFN package with 100% matte-tin termination finish, it is RoHS compliant and UL listed. Common applications include Ethernet ports, protection modules, process control equipment, test and measurement equipment, and general electronics requiring overcurrent and overvoltage protection.
