DESCRIPCIÓN

TBU-DB055-100-WH-Q is a dual bidirectional high-speed protector designed to protect sensitive electronics against faults caused by short circuits, overvoltage transients, and battery cell faults. It features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 550V, a trigger current range of 100-200mA, and a typical blocking time of 1µs using MOSFET semiconductor technology. The device has a series resistance of 10.5-16.5O and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Housed in a compact SMT DFN package with dimensions of 5.50mm x 6.50mm, this AEC-Q101 compliant component is ideal for automotive-grade applications requiring superior circuit protection with high-speed performance.
