DESCRIPCIÓN

SRR0603-150ML is a shielded power inductor from the SRR0603 series featuring a 15 µH inductance at 1 kHz with ±20% tolerance. This compact component delivers a maximum RMS current of 1.2 A and a saturation current of 135 A typical, with a DC resistance of 0.90 O maximum. The inductor operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and exhibits a self-resonant frequency of 0.18 MHz minimum, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. With a low unit height of 3.3 mm and RoHS compliance, the SRR0603-150ML is ideal for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TVs.
