DESCRIPCIÓN

SRP7050TA-4R7M is a shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRP7050TA series designed for high-current power conversion and filtering applications. It features a carbonyl powder core with shielded construction, providing an inductance of 4.7 µH at 100 kHz with a quality factor (Q) of ±20%. The inductor exhibits a typical DC resistance of 22 mO and a maximum DC resistance of 28 mO, with a self-resonant frequency of 15 MHz. It is rated for an RMS current of 40.8 A and a saturation current of 6 A, with a temperature rise of 40°C at rated current. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for automotive and industrial power management circuits, DC-DC converters, and energy storage systems.
